Project Overview

Context: Institutional rebranding

Role: Digital Communication Coordinator

This project involved collaborating on content creation for the rebranding of the university where I work. The goal was to create content that would translate the new brand identity with our audience, making engaging digital communication across different platforms.

Planning & Workflow

I worked with a structured content development process that included:

  • Reviewing the new brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Participating in content planning sessions with the team.
  • Developing concepts for social media.
  • Coordinating the production of video and photography, timelines and approval of the content for publication.

Content calendars (Clickup) and collaborative tools were used to submit deliverables with the rebranding timeline.

Reflection

The resulting social media content had a very good impact on social media and it supported a cohesive brand identity. This project strengthened my experience in collaborative content production, brand communication and workflow management.
